Alexander Timofeev is the CEO and founder of PolyN Technology. Alexander has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, holding various executive positions at early stage startups.

Prior to PolyN Technology, Alexander was the CEO of iGlass Technology Inc., a startup that developed electrochromic smart glass technology. Alexander was responsible for launch from greenfield, building the core team, developing the technology and product concept, and attracting funding. Under their leadership, the company relocated to the EU and then to California. In 2020, the company was sold to a strategic investor for a high valuation.

Previously, Alexander was the CEO of Microbor, a company that developed a new generation of superhard material and cutting tools. Alexander was also the founder and CEO of FreeStylePark, an indoor entertainment park management company.

With over 25 years of experience in the industrial software sector, Jim Chappell is currently global vice president and head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Advanced Analytics across AVEVA’s business units and products. Prior to his current position, he led the Asset Performance Management (APM) suite of products and related engineering/analytics services for Schneider Electric. He was also a founding partner and managing officer of InStep Software, a global leader in industrial AI-driven Predictive Analytics and Big Data software, which was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2014.

Jim holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY, a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, FL, and a M.B.A. from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii. In addition, he graduated from the Civil Engineer Corps Officer’s School (CECOS) in Port Hueneme, CA. He also held a top-secret clearance while an officer in the U.S. Nuclear Navy.

He has 20 years of experience in building complex solutions leveraging advanced analytics, data science, database design, architecture and other cutting-edge technologies.

Working in the AI industry since the mid-1990s, Juergen have built solutions for various industries and leveraged various methods over time.

He joined Schneider Electric in 2022 as Vice President AI New Value Stream. His focus is to produce industry grade solutions, translating the combination of core algorithms, robotic, cybernetics and human intelligence.

Previously, he worked as Senior Data Science Executive in Accenture and hold various roles related to AI and data.

He holds a PhD degree in Business intelligence and new marketing methods from The Philipp University of Marburg, MBA in Executive General Management and MA in Applied Computer, bioinformatics and cybernetic from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.

He holds a BSEE from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Case Western Reserve University. Lucian has served as the World Trade Center Cleveland Representative for Eastern Europe and as a Board Member for the Promisepartner.biz. He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Tim is the Leader of the Deloitte Smart Manufacturing Business and brings more than 25 years of supply chain experience with a focus on value chain optimization using emerging technology. He has led multiple supply chain transformations, spanning supply chain strategy, manufacturing optimization, supply chain planning, inventory optimization, operating model design, and operational excellence for domestic and multinational corporations. He has been hands on creating the “Factory of the Future” for his clients using IOT, converging the IT/OT space, and harnessing edge to cloud to drive real time insights. Tim previously led Deloitte’s US Supply Chain Retail and Consumer product practice.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Tim grew up in the manufacturing space including programming industrial controls for high speed manufacturing, leading large scale engineering programs, and running 24/7 operations for a production facility with over 50 production lines. He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Greg Sloyer is the Snowflake Manufacturing Industry Principal and is a member of the go to market team. Greg has over 15 years working with businesses across Chemical, Auto, Aerospace, CPG, Hi-Tech, Med-tech and other industrial customers. Prior to this time, he spent nearly 20 years in the chemical industry in various positions across DuPont and BASF. His career started in IT, moved to logistics then spent several years as the Global Director of Supply Chain Operations for the Agriculture Products division of BASF. Greg holds multiple degrees with Bachelors in Mathematics and Computer Science, a Masters in Statistics and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Delaware.

As FairCom’s director of product, Sanjay Bhatia acts as the North Star for all IoT and IIoT product positioning. He brings more than a decade of experience guiding product roadmaps to solve the needs of customers.

Before FairCom, he worked for one of the biggest names in residential solar installation where he was working on data related to electricity production, consumption, import and export data from inverters
charging and discharging data from batteries, strategy to collect the data real time using edge gateways, and running intelligent analytics and processing of data to help customer not only improve their solar energy consumption but overall home energy management. He’s always happy to discuss the role of Industrial IoT in Industry 4.0.

Danny Dig is an associate professor of Computer Science at the University of Colorado. Currently on an industry sabbatical with JetBrains, the company behind leading IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA and PyCharm.

Danny is the founder and executive director of the Center on Pervasive Personalized Intelligence (https://ppicenter.org), an industry-university consortium under the US National Science Foundation. Collaborating with partners from industry, government, and academia, they advance the science, practice, and education on Intelligent IoT Systems.

His research group has received over a dozen distinguished awards at flagship academic conferences in Software Engineering. Together with his grad students, they've released dozens of software systems shipped with the official releases of popular development environments, used daily by millions of developers.

Lucian has worked in the industrial software and automation industry since 1998. He holds a BSEE from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Case Western Reserve University. He has worked in various positions: software development, product development, training, marketing, pre-sales, product management, M&A integration and global marketing. Lucian has served as the World Trade Center Cleveland Representative for Eastern Europe and as a Board Member for the Promisepartner.biz. He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
