Chris Huff is a growth-focused tech and SaaS executive with a proven track record in scaling enterprise software companies backed by private equity and venture capital. He’s known for building strong teams and driving value through operational efficiency, revenue growth, and product innovation. Prior to joining Adlib, Chris was CEO at Base64.ai and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax), where he led strategy, product, AI, GTM, marketing, and partnerships. He also co-led Deloitte’s U.S. Public Sector Intelligent Automation practice and served as a Major in the U.S. Marine Corps. Chris brings deep expertise in AI, automation, and digital transformation—and a clear vision to expand Adlib’s impact across regulated industries.

Anthony has 20+ years of experience in Business Workflow and Intelligent Document Processing segment with prior roles at Kofax, Nuance, Notable Solutions (NSi), and Xerox. Anthony brings a well-rounded set of experiences with solution-related roles in Product Management, Alliance and Partner Management, and Product Development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

An entrepreneurial software engineer with global business leadership experience and a passion for digital transformation. Lucian has worked in the industrial software and automation industry since 1998. He holds a BSEE from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Case Western Reserve University. He has worked in various positions: software development, product development, training, marketing, pre-sales, product management, M&A integration and global marketing. Lucian has served as the World Trade Center Cleveland Representative for Eastern Europe and as a Board Member for the Promisepartner.biz. He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Interests: skiing, playing soccer, global travel.

Dean Sheehan, based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, is currently a Field CTO at InfluxData. Dean Sheehan brings experience from previous roles at Apcera, Aixeon, iWave Software, LLC and Enigmatec. Dean Sheehan holds a 2010 - 2012 MBA @ University of Cambridge. With a robust skill set that includes Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS, Business Strategy and more.

Technical founder with 11+ years building and operating mission-critical software across defense and U.S. energy markets. Led development of secure communication and control systems for defense applications, including deployments supporting the U.S. Marine Corps, and later applied the same reliability-first engineering principles to utility-scale energy infrastructure. Architected control-room software and cloud platforms running across multi-gigawatt renewable and hybrid generation portfolios, integrating complex OEM ecosystems into secure, real-time operational systems.

Andrew Foster has more than 20 years of experience developing IoT and other Distributed Real-time and Embedded (DRE) software products and services. He has held senior management positions in Product Delivery, Product Management and Product Marketing. Andrew has a proven track record of leading teams that have delivered many successful cutting edge open source and commercial technologies. Prior to joining IOTech he was the Product Marketing Manager at PrismTech and lead a team responsible for helping to grow PrismTech’s global market presence. Andrew frequently presents at conferences on subjects relating to distributed computing, middleware, embedded technologies and the IoT. Andrew holds a M.S. in Computer-Based Plant and Process Control and a B. Eng in Digital Systems.

Dr. Peters is a results driven engineer and entrepreneur. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering, specialized in Grid Integration of Renewable Energy Systems and Data Centers, with a minor in Public Administration, and both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering. Rhonda has supported the Interconnection and Transmission of over 40,000MW of utility-scale renewable energy projects since 2003, and hundreds of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Filings since 2008, taught Electrical Engineering and Mathematics courses, volunteered abroad in India since 2001 , worked as an Electrical Controls Design Engineer in the Aerospace Industry, and founded/owned several retail stores specialized in Sustainable/Recycled/Renewable/Fair-Trade products.

Brenna Wood is an accomplished product management leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation. She specializes in technology assessment for real-time operations and SCADA systems within a diverse portfolio of 16GW in wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Brenna has a proven track record of guiding organizations through the transition from fragmented systems to cohesive data infrastructures while ensuring compliance with NERC regulatory standards. By effectively connecting engineers, system operators, and business stakeholders, she has created value through innovative solutions that leverage technology to achieve operational excellence in the renewable energy sector.

I’m a Senior Manager in Data Science at Applied Materials, where I lead enterprise AI and analytics initiatives that turn complex data into measurable business outcomes. My work focuses on building scalable data platforms and production-grade machine learning solutions across supply chain optimization, trade compliance, and risk analytics. Nicholas Janouskovec is the business development manager for Emerson’s cybersecurity solutions and services for the power and water industries. As the cybersecurity business development manager, he is responsible for setting the direction of Emerson's global security solutions business including establishing product and service roadmaps and providing sales support. Janouskovec received a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business Administration, a master’s from Appalachian State in Public Administration and is a certified Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional.

An active and dedicated R&D project leader, professional engineer, and educator with a Ph.D. degree in the area of Electrical Power Systems and OT Cybersecurity, with broad industry and academia experience in smart grid optimization & control, renewable energy modeling & design, substation automation systems & protocols, critical infrastructure cybersecurity, reliability evaluation of energy systems, virtualization technologies and smart city optimization & planning.

Cody Falcon is the Global Digital Products and Technology Leader for ABB’s Energy Industries division. Cody leads innovation across industrial software, AI, and advisory services.

With more than 15 years of experience in technology and operations leadership, he focuses on helping energy customers solve their most complex challenges through the fusion of domain expertise, AI, and software.

Cody began his career by serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy, leading submarine intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, and later served as a technology advisor at the White House and advance lead for two U.S. Presidents. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Norwich University, and multiple professional certifications in technology and cybersecurity.

I bridge customers, markets, and technology by aligning business needs with product direction, and I serve as a product and developer evangelist, translating complex technical capabilities into clear value for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Luciano is part of the European process team at ARC, covering topics related to sustainability and is located in ARCs offices in Germany.

At ARC, Luciano assists companies in enhancing their asset performance while emphasizing sustainability. His responsibilities involve leading market research focused on sustainability and supporting asset owners in identifying optimal technologies to address their decarbonization challenges.

Arlen Nipper brings over 40 years of experience in the SCADA industry to Cirrus Link as President and CTO. He was one of the early architects of pervasive computing and the Internet of Things and co-invented MQTT, a publish-subscribe network protocol that has become the dominant messaging standard in IoT. He has worked for Amoco and Koch Oil, and served as President and CTO of Arcom Control Systems and Eurotech Inc. His experience covers a broad range of technology from the design and manufacturing of embedded systems to SCADA system infrastructure implementations. Arlen holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BSEE) from Oklahoma State University.

Luke has successfully spearheaded large multinational digital transformation projects for Fortune 100 companies before going out on his own to bring his expertise to others. Luke’s passion is creating new business models across various verticals in the discrete and process space using IoT Edge sensors, big data, and advanced analytics. He advises global and early-stage firms focusing on digital strategy, sales/marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) planning leveraging his prior executive experience at GE Digital, Emerson, Flashpoint, and his firm, Chakra.

Suman is the Founder & CEO of Aadi Advisory. He specializes in regulatory reform, utility strategy, and energy infrastructure investments. He has a proven track record of conducting market analysis, driving policy reform, and fostering collaboration among utilities, regulators, investors, and energy developers to advance sustainable solutions.

Before founding Aadi Advisory, Suman held a leadership role at PA Consulting’s US Energy Team. Before that, he advised energy sector clients through his work at Daymark Energy Advisors and DNV GL.

I have worked with companies to help build robust and scalable architectures, apply best practices, integrate solutions, leverage edge and cloud computing, and learn how to fully utilize the Ignition platform.

I am excited to be part of a community of changemakers and thought leaders that are shaping and reinventing the automation industry. I am very active within the industry to help educate companies on how to digitally transform their business. Rohit Shinde is a Senior Process Engineer at Atlas Prediction Control and an Independent Researcher with over 10 years of experience in polymer plant design and industrial AI optimization. He specializes in the delivery of Process Design Packages (PDPs) for high-capacity facilities (up to 650 KTA) and AI integration in the Process Industry.

An expert at the intersection of chemical engineering and digital transformation, Rohit has authored applied research on Green AI for Industrial IoT and AI-driven safety auditing. He holds an MBA, providing a unique "Technical-Commercial" lens that enables him to evaluate emerging technologies based on both technical rigor and commercial scalability. His work in sustainability includes designing systems that deliver up to 70% GHG reductions through advanced closed-loop process engineering.

Gary is a technology and business leader with over 35 years of experience specializing in software development, system integration, strategic partnerships and M&A in industrial software. Gary is the former Senior Director, Strategic Portfolio Partners and M&A at AVEVA, a Schneider Electric subsidiary, where he also held senior leadership roles in software development, product and partner management.
