Lucian has worked in the industrial software and automation industry since 1998. He holds a BSEE from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Case Western Reserve University. He has worked in various positions: software development, product development, training, marketing, pre-sales, product management, M&A integration and global marketing. Lucian has served as the World Trade Center Cleveland Representative for Eastern Europe and as a Board Member for the Promisepartner.biz. He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Interests: skiing, playing soccer, global travel.

Vaibhav Sharma is a distinguished cybersecurity leader with over 18 years of experience in Cyber Risk Management, IT/OT, ICS Security, and Control System Engineering. He has a proven track record of leading large teams and implementing projects across diverse industries, including automotive, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, chemical, and more. Vaibhav has held pivotal roles such as CSA Zero Trust Architecture exam reviewer and Co-Chair for the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) IoT Working Group, and he is currently a Senior Member of the ISA Working Groups and Standard Committee. Vaibhav's expertise encompasses cloud security, risk advisory, operational risk assessments, program management, and project controls design and implementation. He has substantial industry experience with technical, communication, and delivery skills in greenfield, brownfield, and migration projects. His global experience includes cross-functional delivery, program management, pre-sales techno-commercial support, and business process development. Vaibhav is adept at leading teams to implement cutting-edge digital trends such as Zero Trust in Automotive, OT security, Digital Smart Factory, and AI use cases in OT.

Ellen Boehm is the SVP, IoT Strategy & Operations at Keyfactor. Ellen leads the go-to market strategy for Keyfactor's IoT business focusing on digital identity security solutions for the IoT device manufacturer market. Ellen is passionate about IoT and helping customers establish strong security implementations for the lifecycle of their overall IoT systems.

Ellen has 17+ years' experience leading new product development with a focus on IoT and connected products in lighting controls, smart cities, connected buildings, and smart home technology. Ellen has held leadership roles in Product & Engineering at General Electric and Sky Technologies over her career.

Vinod D’Souza, is a Director in the Office of the CISO at Google Cloud, and leads Manufacturing and Industries vertical. In this role, he is responsible for advising customers and shaping cloud security and compliance approaches for Manufacturing and Industries. VInod has over 20+ years of experience helping global organizations address their business-related cybersecurity challenges and transforming large enterprise businesses, with a demonstrated history of delivering results across cross-industry sectors.
Vinod holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Manipal Institute of Technology, Mangalore University.

Tim Chase is a Program Director with the Global Resilience Federation (GRF), he brings a decade of collective defense and intelligence analysis experience to the communities he leads. He has worked across various critical infrastructure sectors in several information sharing communities. He leads the Manufacturing Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MFG-ISAC) where he engages members to facilitate cyber security success for manufacturers and their support ecosystem. The MFG-ISAC facilitates the exchange of cyber threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies while fostering member collaboration with other key sectors and government agencies to respond and prevent critical threats and incidents.

Markus Mueller is a passionate Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity leader and practitioner. Throughout his career, he has worked tirelessly to develop secure and functional solutions that facilitate industrial operations. He focuses on working collaboratively with teams to create the right mix of people, technology, and processes that enable organizations to secure and enhance their industrial environments. He brings extensive experience and passion to every engagement, whether leading an executive incident response workshop, conducting an operational tabletop exercise, developing an OT program, leading an OT security assessment, or conducting an architectural review.

In his over 20 years of experience, he primarily focused on OT, working across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on utilities and manufacturing. On the utility generation side, he has experience with thermal, hydro, solar, and wind power. He also worked on electric utility distribution and transmission systems. In addition, he has experience with water, wastewater, and gas distribution utilities. He also has worked in various manufacturing and logistics sub-sectors, including industrial, pharmaceutical, consumer, and high-tech.

Markus is experienced in working with security frameworks such as IEC 62443/ISA, NIST, CIS, ISO, and SOC, as well as regulatory frameworks including GLBA, HIPAA, SOX, SEC, TSA SD, NIS2, and NERC CIP, with a major focus on organizations falling under NERC CIP. He has developed, managed, and executed NERC CIP programs and controls. He has experience interacting with multiple EROs, including WECC, TEXAS RE, RF, and MRO, and multiple ISOs, including ERCOT, CAISO, MISO, and PJM. Additionally, he has been involved in the NERC community, providing feedback and responses in multiple areas, including the initial NERC response to FERC Order No. 887 for INSM.

In addition to his technical knowledge and experience, he possesses important soft skills, with a particular emphasis on a passion for success that he brings to each role. Markus takes pride in his work and finds joy in finding solutions to improve our industrial world. He has the ability to communicate effectively with operators, plant managers, business leaders, and executives.

I have 20 years experience of cyber security, largely within Critical National Infrastructure. I have big 4 consultancy background, appointed as CSO for a large international oil and gas operator, been regional lead for GE cyber security and built the cyber regulatory function for downstream gas and electricity from the ground up in UK.

I hold MSc Information Security from Royal Holloway, IEC62243 Expert, SANS GIAC-GICSP, GIAC-GRID, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 amongst various other cyber security qualifications.

I’m a working group member of Cyber Security in World Economic Forum, ISA62443 working and CIGRE and have been co-chair at theIET since 2020

Dr. Sri Gourisetti is a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor in Google Cloud's Office of the CISO, where he guides CISOs and CSOs across the Energy and Advanced Manufacturing sectors on cloud security and digital transformation. Prior to joining Google, he served as Global Head of Security Engineering for a biomanufacturing company with a global footprint and led cybersystems R&D at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, heading cybersecurity programs for the U.S. Government.

Sri's extensive work has resulted in 10+ NIST-recommended cybersecurity solutions, 12+ patents, and over 100 research publications. He also teaches for the NSA NCTA program at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and actively contributes to IEEE and ISA/IEC 62443 security standards. He holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and certifications from ISC2, GIAC, and Google Cloud.

J.C. Herz is cofounder of Ion Channel, a data and delivery platform for software supply chain intelligence and Secure DevOps. In 2006, she founded Batchtags, a startup that pioneered novel visual interfaces for large, highly interconnected networks. Batchtags was acquired by a defense firm in 2012.

Publications: J.C.’s four books have been translated into seven languages. As a New York Times columnist, J.C. published 100 essays on the grammar and syntax of game design. She has also written for Rolling Stone, Wired, and GQ.
