He has worked in various positions: software development, product development, training, marketing, pre-sales, product management, M&A integration and global marketing. Lucian has served as the World Trade Center Cleveland Representative for Eastern Europe and as a Board Member for the Promisepartner.biz. He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Interests: skiing, playing soccer, global travel.

He leads the Manufacturing Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MFG-ISAC) where he engages members to facilitate cyber security success for manufacturers and their support ecosystem. The MFG-ISAC facilitates the exchange of cyber threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies while fostering member collaboration with other key sectors and government agencies to respond and prevent critical threats and incidents.

Markus Mueller is a passionate Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity leader and practitioner. Throughout his career, he has worked tirelessly to develop secure and functional solutions that facilitate industrial operations. He focuses on working collaboratively with teams to create the right mix of people, technology, and processes that enable organizations to secure and enhance their industrial environments. He brings extensive experience and passion to every engagement, whether leading an executive incident response workshop, conducting an operational tabletop exercise, developing an OT program, leading an OT security assessment, or conducting an architectural review.

In his over 20 years of experience, he primarily focused on OT, working across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on utilities and manufacturing. On the utility generation side, he has experience with thermal, hydro, solar, and wind power. He also worked on electric utility distribution and transmission systems. In addition, he has experience with water, wastewater, and gas distribution utilities. He also has worked in various manufacturing and logistics sub-sectors, including industrial, pharmaceutical, consumer, and high-tech.

Markus is experienced in working with security frameworks such as IEC 62443/ISA, NIST, CIS, ISO, and SOC, as well as regulatory frameworks including GLBA, HIPAA, SOX, SEC, TSA SD, NIS2, and NERC CIP, with a major focus on organizations falling under NERC CIP. He has developed, managed, and executed NERC CIP programs and controls. He has experience interacting with multiple EROs, including WECC, TEXAS RE, RF, and MRO, and multiple ISOs, including ERCOT, CAISO, MISO, and PJM. Additionally, he has been involved in the NERC community, providing feedback and responses in multiple areas, including the initial NERC response to FERC Order No. 887 for INSM.

In addition to his technical knowledge and experience, he possesses important soft skills, with a particular emphasis on a passion for success that he brings to each role. Markus takes pride in his work and finds joy in finding solutions to improve our industrial world. I hold MSc Information Security from Royal Holloway, IEC62243 Expert, SANS GIAC-GICSP, GIAC-GRID, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 amongst various other cyber security qualifications.

Dr. Sri Gourisetti is a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor in Google Cloud's Office of the CISO, where he guides CISOs and CSOs across the Energy and Advanced Manufacturing sectors on cloud security and digital transformation. Prior to joining Google, he served as Global Head of Security Engineering for a biomanufacturing company with a global footprint and led cybersystems R&D at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, heading cybersecurity programs for the U.S. Government.

Sri's extensive work has resulted in 10+ NIST-recommended cybersecurity solutions, 12+ patents, and over 100 research publications. He also teaches for the NSA NCTA program at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and actively contributes to IEEE and ISA/IEC 62443 security standards. He holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and certifications from ISC2, GIAC, and Google Cloud.
