Becca Gillespie joined ESN as a Managing Director in January of 2023. Prior to that she worked as the New Products and Services Lead at Duquesne Light Company, the electric utility in Pittsburgh, PA. Before that she was a Sales Director and Product Manager at UniEnergy Technologies, a flow battery start-up company in Mukilteo, Washington. She has also worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as an energy analyst and as an Propulsion Engineer at NASA.
Becca has a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a Masters’ of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She holds one patent for a Nitinol Valve for in-space propulsion systems.

Arlen Nipper brings over 40 years of experience in the SCADA industry to Cirrus Link as President and CTO. He was one of the early architects of pervasive computing and the Internet of Things and co-invented MQTT, a publish-subscribe network protocol that has become the dominant messaging standard in IoT. He has worked for Amoco and Koch Oil, and served as President and CTO of Arcom Control Systems and Eurotech Inc. His experience covers a broad range of technology from the design and manufacturing of embedded systems to SCADA system infrastructure implementations. Arlen holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BSEE) from Oklahoma State University.

Anne Emberson, an accomplished leaders as the Area Vice President Digital for Nalco Water an Ecolab company, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection preventions solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. In her current role, Emberson provides digitally enabled, integrated water management solutions to global customers across industrial industries. Dwayne Edwards is a Security Engineer in Sales at Tenable. He works at the intersection of business and technology between operational and information security.

With a deep background in manufacturing, data acquisition, security and networking, Dwayne has architected, written and built applications and global internetworks in the polymer industry and consumer goods manufacturing arena.

Dwayne previously was employed at Rockwell Automation and spent 20+ years at Cisco System in a variety of technical leadership positions. Prior to that in-house and consulting work in manufacturing typifies his experience.

Francesco Radicati is a senior research analyst contributing to Guidehouse Insights’ IoT and Connectivity research service.
His focus is on 5G and the Internet of Things, with an interest in global market analysis and forecasts for Industrial IoT deployments, and the interaction of multiple connectivity protocols within industrial and consumer IoT. His passion for cybersecurity comes from a love of solving unique business cases and deciphering complex problems. Jeremy has developed a passion for Industrial & Automation Control Systems (IACS) cybersecurity over his varied 20-year career. In his current role as the Global Cybersecurity Manager for the Grid Integration unit of Hitachi Energy, he spends most of his time on the critical risk management decisions to balance cybersecurity and digitalization efforts, for both the internal business and external products, and enjoys the challenges it brings. Working in a field that still has systems older than his career is never a dull task, but there is almost always a right solution to be found.

He teaches in the Electrical & Computer Science Department at Cleveland State University (CSU) focusing on Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT and currently serves on the Board of Industry Advisors, Engineering Technology, CSU. He was selected to represent the United States in Europe for Technology and Services on the economic trade mission lead by Dr. Samuel Bodman, undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
