Debbie Lay is a Principal Sales Engineer at TXOne Networks, a global leader in OT/ICS security. With her vast experience as a network security engineer for organizations in various industries, Debbie is focused on all aspects of solution design, deployment, and implementation of cybersecurity strategies for operational efficiency and secure processing. Debbie has over 25 years of security experience representing security companies from firewalls/vpn, Data Governance Solutions and Endpoint Security companies.

Thomas is part of the automation team at ARC covering process industry related topics in Europe and is located in ARC’s offices in Germany.

Thomas’ focus areas are Distributed Control Systems (DCS), functional safety, IT security, energy efficiency, and physical layer components between the field instruments and control room.

At ARC, Thomas specializes in process automation trends, technical customer expectations, and market research. He is also experienced in strategic marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Thomas has a strong background in the process market with MTL Instruments, KHS AG in Germany and the US.

Cam Cullen is the CMO at BlastWave and has followed internet security trends for almost all of his 20+ year career. He has a deep technical background in telecoms, internet applications, and network security. He has held senior marketing and product management roles at Sandvine, Procera Networks, Allot Communications, Quarry Technologies, Reef Point Systems, and 3Com. He began his career in the US Air Force and at the National Security Agency.

Munish Walther-Puri (he/him) is a seasoned security strategist and risk advisor, having worked on cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, geopolitics, supply chain, terrorism, and fraud. He is the former Director of Cyber Risk for New York City Cyber Command. He also teaches a graduate course on cyber resilience and critical infrastructure at NYU.

Prior to working for the City of New York, he led analysis and intelligence for a dark web monitoring company, advised startups in corporate investigations, encrypted communications, and political risk, and consulted independently on applying technology and analytics to geopolitical analysis, forecasting, and open-source intelligence analysis. He also spent time at a large American bank, working on the intersection of fraud, cyber investigations, and terrorism, and at a leading think tank, focused on nuclear policy and international security with a focus on Asia.

Munish is a Life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a co-founder and advisor to the Fletcher Political Risk Group. He is an active member of the analyst and intelligence community and has served on the Program Committees for GSX and USENIX Enigma, OSAC’s Women in Security Committee, and as a Yale Cyber Leadership Forum Fellow. He is an ally for the #ShareTheMicInCyber campaign and an Eagle Scout.

Rob Putman, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is currently a Global Manager - Cyber Security Services at ABB Process Automation. Rob Putman holds a MBA @ University of Redlands. With a robust skill set that includes Product Management, SDLC, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Agile Methodologies and more, Rob Putman contributes valuable insights to the industry.

Sid Snitkin is a senior member of ARC Advisory Group where he has primary responsibility for developing the strategic direction for ARC’s cyber security products and services.

Sid has over 30 years of experience in automation, information systems, and manufacturing, with particular emphasis in the Metals Industry. Sid has been with ARC for 20 years and has published numerous studies and strategic reports on Asset Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, and Industrial Cyber Security. Prior to ARC his professional career covered a broad range of engineering, managerial, and senior executive positions with global electrical and mechanical equipment suppliers to the Metals Industry.

Sid holds a B.S. and M.S. in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University, and an M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, Sid also teaches MBA courses in Statistics, Operations Management, and Risk Management. His teaching career spans 20 years and includes positions at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Eric Byres is widely recognized as one of the world’s top experts in the field of SCADA security. As the inventor of the Tofino Security technology, Eric and his partner Joann guided the product through its evolution from academic research project and startup to successful acquisition by Belden Inc (NYSE: BDC). Tofino received numerous industry awards and was licensed by industry giants such as Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Caterpillar. Today it is probably the most widely deployed ICS-specific firewall in the world.

Eric is also known for his leadership in international standards and research for ICS/SCADA security. As the founder of the BCIT Critical Infrastructure Security Centre, he shaped it into one of North America’s leading academic facilities in ICS security, culminating in a SANS Institute Security Leadership Award in 2006. At the same time, he provided guidance to government security agencies, and major energy companies on protection for critical infrastructures. He was the chair of the ISA SP-99 Security Technologies Working Group, and the Canadian representative for the IEC TC65/WG10 standards effort.

Some of Eric’s achievements include testifying to the US Congress on the “Security of Industrial Control Systems in National Critical Infrastructures” as well as receiving awards from international organizations. These include the IEEE Outstanding Industry Applications Article Prize in 2000, the 2004 “Donald P. Eckman Award” and the 2005 “Keith Otto Award” presented by the International Society of Automation (ISA). Eric was made an ISA Fellow in 2009 and given ISA’s highest honor, “Excellence in Leadership”, in 2013. Eric was also the inventor of the Achilles Test Platform (now owned by GE) and was the founder of Byres Research Inc. and Artemis Systems Engineering. Today Eric provides technology and market guidance to companies entering the ICS market, as well as policy guidance for companies involved in the operation of critical infrastructures.

Laline Carvalho-Neff is a Vice President and Senior Analyst at Moody's Investors Service. In her role, she is responsible for analyzing and providing credit ratings for a wide range of companies and industries. Laline brings extensive experience in financial analysis and risk assessment, playing a key role in shaping the credit outlook of Moody's diverse portfolio.

Three years ago, Bill took on a pivotal role as a senior security sales expert within Orange Cyberdefense, focusing on business development and managing strategic partnerships across the Americas with giants like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Checkpoint. His work includes developing go-to-market strategies, enhancing sales enablement, and partnership management.

Bill's telecommunications and cyber defense leadership significantly impacts Orange, positioning him as a key figure in the industry's future in the Americas.

Technology entrepreneur, with extensive expertise in navigating the complex cyber security landscape of critical infrastructures. Managing Director and Co-founder of London based cyber security company Enevo Cybersec, whose mission is to secure energy infrastructures.

Alex has developed organizational transformation programs and coordinated cyber security assessments for national energy Transmission System Operators. During his career he led mixed teams of engineers in delivering complex projects for mission-critical infrastructures. Having a drive for education, he has been involved in the development of various training environments aimed at cyber security for industrial control systems.

He holds an MSc from Royal Holloway’s Information Security Group, a world-leading interdisciplinary research group dedicated to cyber security. He is also an alumnus of UK’s Department for Business and Trade flagship program, Global Entrepreneurship Program and of Cyber Runway, the largest cyber accelerator in the UK.

Paul Smith has spent close to 20 years in the Automation Control space, tackling the “red herring” problems. This ultimately led to the later part of his career where he has been spending most of his time in the Industrial Cybersecurity space pioneering the use of new security technology in the energy, utility, and critical infrastructure sectors, and helping develop cyber security strategies through the use of red team/pentest engagements, cybersecurity risk assessments, and tabletop exercises for some of the world’s largest government contractors, industrial organizations, and municipalities. Published author including the title “Pentesting Industrial Control Systems”.

Ellen leads the go to market strategy for Keyfactor's IoT business focusing around digital identity security solutions for the IoT device manufacturer market. Ellen is passionate about IoT and helping customers establish strong security implementations for the lifecycle of their overall IoT systems.

Ellen has 17+ years experience leading new product development with a focus on IoT and connected products in Lighting controls, Smart Cities, Connected buildings and Smart Home technology. Ellen has held leadership roles in Product & Engineering at General Electric and Sky Technologies over her career.

Sander Rotmensen leads an internal start-up at Siemens AG in Nuremberg, specializing in OT cybersecurity. He is responsible for SINEC Security Guard, a cloud-native solution from Siemens Digital Industries for detecting vulnerabilities and attacks based on risk assessments.

Sander Rotmensen began his career in 2005 at Siemens Nederland N.V. as a technical consultant for industrial automation networks, focusing on Industrial WLAN. In 2008, he moved to Germany to Siemens AG in Nuernberg, where he became a technical consultant for industrial wireless communication. He then became the product manager for SCALANCE W, Siemens' Industrial WLAN portfolio. Between 2014 and 2018, he was responsible for marketing and product management of RUGGEDCOM network components at Siemens Canada Ltd., which are used in extreme industrial environments.

After returning to Germany, he took over responsibility for the product portfolio for Industrial 5G, Industrial WLAN, industrial routers, and the SINEMA Remote Connect management platform for remote access as Director of Industrial Wireless Communication Products at Siemens AG in Nuremberg.
